The Salt Wynd Design Guidelines will help you get your home out of the ground and completed successfully, and they’ll help protect your investment by ensuring all homes are of a similar high quality.

Design Consultation

We’re here to help answer any questions you have about the design review process, site planning, architectural design, and landscape architecture. Before you submit your plans, we’ll arrange a pre-design meeting where we can act as a sounding board for you. We’ll even meet informally with your designer and builder to answer their questions and go over general design characteristics.
