Organic Farm
Embrace a farm-to-table lifestyle while leaving the crop cultivating to the professionals. The Farm at Salt Wynd Preserve will be commercially operated, and residents can opt into a Community Supported Agriculture program, where they’ll receive fresh seasonal produce on the doorstep throughout the year.
Edible Trails
The edible trails at Salt Wynd are designed to be perennial ecosystems full of a large diversity of fruits, herbs, vegetables, and wildflowers. The benefits include an abundance of healthy free food for our residents, an improved ecosystem health with native plants, biodiversity, and a pollinator habitat.
Chef-driven Restaurant
Among the culinary amenities that stem from our organic farm is our chef-driven restaurant. Residents can dine on ingredients harvested directly from our farm, in true farm-to-table form.
The Tidewater Club
The Tidewater Club will have areas for day and evening activities, plus large porches and gardens to soak in the sun and take in the beautiful surroundings. The club will be available for rent by our members for events and special occasions. All owners are automatically eligible for membership in the Tidewater Club.
Tidewater Inn
The upstairs of the Tidewater Club will house a luxury inn with accommodations for members and their guests. Suites will be available individually or can be rented along with other areas of the club for events and special occasions.
Tidewater Lawn
A beautiful courtyard space with the characteristics of a putting green, the Lawn can be used for recreational activities, including bocce, badminton, croquet and more.
Salt Wynd Gym
Housed in its own structure, the gym at Salt Wynd will offer the ideal environment to focus on fitness, offering weights, cardio equipment, and other health club amenities.
Yoga & Movement Studio
Housed in its own structure, the movement and yoga studio will provide a tranquil setting for private or group sessions. Allow an abundance of natural light, or draw blackout shades if you prefer a darker setting as you stretch.
Dog Park
Pups love Salt Wynd, and they’ll love gathering in the dog park. Areas for large and smaller dogs will ensure your pup feels safe. Dog owners will love the washing station.
Kayak Dock
One of the best ways to enjoy the nature and wildlife of Salt Wynd Preserve is from the water. The dock allows residents to launch their kayaks on Gibbs Creeks for an easy glide toward the North River next to beautiful marshes.
